About the Role:
Join EMPIRE CONTRACTORS GROUP LLC as an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) worker in El Paso, TX! This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality exterior solutions that enhance building aesthetics and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair EIFS systems on commercial buildings.
- Prepare surfaces for EIFS application, ensuring proper adhesion and insulation.
- Apply base coats, finish coats, and texture finishes according to specifications.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in EIFS installation and repair.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials.
